HR-218 or the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act allows the qualified retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed firearms in any jurisdiction in the United States.

The revised NYS Safe Act from the NYS Police website is a guide published by the New York State Police for the use of Troopers in the field to understand and enforce the Safe Act.
